Refund & Return Policy – The Little Big Store

At The Little Big Store, we strive to provide quality products and transparent policies. Please review this policy carefully before placing an order, as completing a purchase constitutes agreement to the terms below.

IMPORTANT – NO CANCELLATIONS OR REFUNDS ONCE PROCESSED

All orders are final once confirmed and processed.

We do not accept cancellations, refunds, or chargebacks for orders that have been:

  • Processed
  • Prepared for shipment
  • Shipped
  • In transit
  • Delayed by the carrier or customs

This applies regardless of delivery time, shipping delays, or change of mind.

Eligible Returns (Limited Exceptions Only)

Returns are strictly limited and are accepted only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Received, or
  2. Item Arrived Damaged

No other return reasons are accepted.

Return Conditions

If eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Photo and/or video proof is required to verify damage or incorrect item
  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required

If these conditions are not met, the return will be denied.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Orders in transit or delayed
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary items
  • Items refused at delivery
  • Orders delivered successfully but claimed as “not received” without carrier confirmation

Return Process (If Eligible)

  1. Contact us at hello@thelittlebigstore.co with:
  • Order number
  • Clear photos/videos of the issue
  1. If approved, you will receive return instructions
  2. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service

Refunds (If Approved)

  • Returned items are inspected within 5 business days of receipt
  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
  • Partial refunds may apply if items are:
  • Used
    • Missing parts

    • Damaged due to customer handling

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered only if:

  • The item was damaged, or
  • The wrong item was sent

Requests must be made within 2 days of delivery.

Shipping & Delivery Disclaimer

Some orders are fulfilled internationally, and delivery times may vary due to:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Peak seasons (holidays)

Delivery delays do not qualify for refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks while the order is in transit.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first, especially for orders that are:

  • In transit
  • Delivered
  • Delayed by the carrier

may be considered chargeback misuse. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks using order, tracking, and delivery confirmation evidence.
